Brutal assassination of the regional delegate of penitentiary administration for the North West region

That the unfortunate incident happened on the 12th of April 2022,as these Civil Servants working with the Ministry of Justice were coming back from Nkambe in Ndonga Mantung division, where they went to install the Nkambe Prison Supretendant.
