In accordance with protection principles, the objective of this report
is to present a general view on the prevailing Human Rights situation in the North-West and South-West Region s of Cameroon within the context of the on-going war for the first three quarters of 2020. We hope that the various readers, especially stakeholders, will use it as basis for taking informed decisions aimed at both protecting the population and establishing accountability and responsibility.
